How it works
CohortLab is a coordination layer for group testing rounds. We help a group move through the same stages every time: recruiting, test selection, shipping, and publishing results.
1) Create or join a group
A leader creates a group, sets the close date, and invites members. Members join and get access to the group workspace.
2) Polls + decisions
Run lightweight polls to agree on test packages, vendors, labs, and other round decisions — with clear outcomes.
3) Shipping coordination
One shipper coordinates shipping details. Members can see the current shipping status without needing to hunt through chat.
4) Results + archive
Upload results when ready. When a group is complete, chat becomes read-only so history stays visible but the round stays closed.
